Eye On Careers exists to help you get a better picture of your career and the role of career in your life. There is less emphasis on the tools of the job search in favour of exploring the what, where, and why of your career and uncovering your true potential.
I am an active member of Career Professionals of Canada and hold certification as a Career Strategist and Resume Strategist. In addition, I also hold a Career Development Practitioner designation and have worked as a Job Coach and Career Development Specialist since 2011. I most recently obtained certification with Brain In Hand - which is new to Canada.
I have experience assisting individuals in obtaining entry-level work, returning to the workforce, career transitions and pivots, and more. This includes employment consultation, performance coaching and direction for new Canadians, students, individuals identifying as neurodiverse, and individuals with disabilities.

Individual GuidanceIn addition to assessments, EOC also provides in-person or virtual support for those seeking guidance or resume development. This can be done online through Magnifi, FaceTime, Skype, email, or phone.
